Cottage Retreat

Our newest addition at the William’s House offers all the comforts of home. The Cottage Retreat embraces the antiquity and tradition of the carriage house with warm brick, exposed wood, and touches of copper. Originally part of the carriage storage, this room now features granite counters, cozy window seats, and a 60-inch flat screen television.

Perfect for long or short stays, the bedroom offers a king size bed and walk-in closet. The sofa unfolds into a queen size bed to allow for additional guests. A spacious bathroom offers ample counter space and a tile walk-in shower. For those seeking a more private experience, the Cottage Retreat features a private entry, fully furnished kitchen and small laundry room.

Breakfast is delivered to you in the comfort of your room every morning of your stay.

The Cottage Retreat is perfect for families and for those with pets. Well-behaved small dogs and children are welcome in this room, but not in the main house. Additional charges will apply to pets as well as groups with three or more people. Please review our pet policy.

Williams Suite

The pillared over sized jetted tub for two catches your breath when you enter the Williams Suite.  A chandelier adds the perfect touch to the romance and relaxation of the tub.  The jetted tub and an electric fireplace are located in the cozy sitting room.  A king four-poster bed is enhanced by the wood screen headboard that embraces you to a time of luxury and the private patio beckons for you to slow down and relax. The suite is located on the first floor of the Main House and was originally the smoking room for the Williams Family.  An intimate full breakfast is served to you in the privacy of your room.  Approximately 640 square feet.

Carriage Chamber

Copper Cottage

The first floor of the Carriage House beckons you to enjoy the Copper Cottage at 1890 Williams House Inn.  Enter into a modern sitting room with small kitchenette where the original 1889 wood floor awaits your feet to feel the past.  Up a few inches is the bedroom, with its four poster king bed and original brick wall, where you can only imagine the beautiful carriages that were housed in the Copper Cottage.  The elegant bathroom hosts a corner double person jetted tub and glass block shower.  Enjoy your full breakfast in the dining room of the Main House.   This Cottage is handicap accessible with an open floor plan that will allow all guests to sit back and relax in this modern cottage. Guest Suite

West Chamber

Embrace the Victorian era in this rounded west facing bedroom with a small sitting area and over sized pillared jetted tub for two. The antique queen high back bed draws your attention upon entering the Chamber and evokes the feeling that you should relax and enjoy. Tall windows in the curved wall and electric log fireplace evoke the warmth of the Inn. The West Chamber is located on the second floor of the Main House and was the master bedroom for Dr. and Mrs. Williams between 1890 and 1923. Turret Suite

1890 Williams House Inn’s newest suite, the Turret Suite, is infused with sunlight in both the bedroom and sitting room.  Located on the second floor of the Main House, the Turret Suite is located off of the original billiard hall and upper veranda. Enter into your sitting room with three large windows that overlook the Victorian Houses to the South and the upper veranda to the East.  The bedroom was the original dressing room of Mrs. Williams and is light and airy in shades of light green.

The tall headboard queen bed, fitted with luxury linens, beckons you to a restful night of slumber. Relax and read your novel in the overstuffed chair located in the turret portion of the room or enjoy your jetted-tub for two located in the bedroom.  The bathroom, one of the original installed in 1926, boasts the only original sink of the house and is hand-painted porcelain and marble. An intimate full breakfast is served to you in the privacy of your suite.

Carriage Suite

Enter the atmosphere of an 1889 Carriage House in this large two-bedroom suite located on the second floor of the Carriage House. The over sized master bedroom hosts a king bed and the sitting room is designed with comfortable furniture so that you may put your feet up and relax. Love seat sofa and two arm chairs are the mainstay of the sitting room and all envelopes the warmth of the fireplace and the era. Located in the bedroom dormer is a queen sleigh bed for your privacy and comfort.

Both bedrooms have direct access to the suites large private bathroom, with original brick floor from when the room was a kitchen, has an over sized jetted tub for two and separate shower.  Originally the hay loft for the Williams Family stables it was converted into an apartment in the 1950’s and remained as such until the 1980’s.

Rates are based on two person occupancy.  Approximately 685 square feet. Enjoy your full breakfast in the dining room of the Main House.  An additional $30.00 charge per person/per day for the third and fourth guests.  To add the additional charge for the third and fourth guests, please click on Enhance Your Stay, at the top of the page, and add the additional guests.

Parlor Suite

Relax and enter a bygone era when life was a little simpler and everyone had a little more space to breathe. This large and romantic luxury two-room suite, located on the first floor of the Main House, has tall windows overlooking the front lawn and veranda. Take a cool glass of ice tea or Chardonnay and have a quiet moment for yourself. That is what our bed breakfast in Hot Springs is all about. Romance and relaxation are a guarantee while soaking in the pillared jet tub for two located in the bedroom which was the library when the Williams Family lived in the house. The sitting room, originally the music parlor for the Williams Family, located in the turret, has an elaborate mantel and electric fireplace. A twelve-foot mirror sent from St. Louis on one of the first Ford flatbed trucks also adorns the Parlor Suite. The Parlor Suite has always been a favorite for couples after Hot Springs Arkansas Weddings here at the inn. An intimate full breakfast served to you in the privacy of the Parlor Suite.
