This article has some great info about Hot Springs and mentions the Williams House as being the first Bed & Breakfast in Arkansas in 1981. Before that the Williams House was owned by  Dr. Williams and Richard Wooten, the son in law of Dr. Williams. We have a great book in each of our rooms that tells the history of our house for our guests to explore.
